One Summer, One Million Pages

Each student is required to read at least one book during summer break, but for the 6th year in a row they’ve gone above and beyond the 1,000,000 page mark. E.C. Glass students, teachers and parents read 1,000,000 pages during summer break. Parents and faculty members are encouraged to participate in the page count as well. The grand page total – 1,366,931. Parents say they flipped through 184,680 and faculty members read 190, 030. But the students came out on top, reading 992,221 pages this summer.
