A Healthy Opportunity for LCS Employees
We care about the health of our employees at Lynchburg City Schools. Yearly wellness checks combined with an Employee Assistance Program ensure that everyone within our division is strong both mentally and physically.
Now, Lynchburg City Schools is offering a one of a kind opportunity for employees. The division’s Wellness Committee is now offering a Flexible Strength exercise class. The class is a mixture of movement and stretching and incorporates a combination of Yoga and Pilates with an emphasis on balance, strength and flexibility.
