E. C. Glass High School sophomore, John “Jack” McGuinn has won the Congressional Art Competition. Jack’s painting will represent Virginia’s sixth congressional district and be on display in the U. S. Capitol for the next year.
The honor has been bestowed on an E. C. Glass student two out of the past three years.
