During the 2011-12 school year, Lynchburg City Schools plans to recommend the adoption and purchase of textbooks in K-12 social studies. The recommendation process will include evaluations of materials by teachers, administrators, parents, and citizens. To provide feedback, please review the documents below and then use the appropriate form.

Textbook reviewers are encouraged to visit the websites as provided in the History and Social Sciences Textbooks Approved List in order to review supplemental/ancillary materials offered for that textbook. Textbooks can also be reviewed in Conference Room 2 at the School Administration Building, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, except during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Deadline for completing all textbook reviews is Tuesday, December 6, 2011.
