Following their impressive finishes in the State Marketing Competition earlier this month, five Heritage High School DECA students will represent Virginia in Salt Lake City, Utah at the international competition on April 27-May 2, 2012.
Matt McDaniel placed first in Human Resource Management out of 70 competitors, Vondrae McCoy placed second in Principles of Hospitality, Brittany Adams placed fourth in Retail Merchandising, Aainy Zahra placed fourth in Hotel & Lodging Management, and Griffin Spencer was accepted into the senior management institute and was a State DECA scholarship winner.
