The VHSL Office in Charlottesville has announced that E. C. Glass High School boys' tennis coach Wistar Nelligan has been selected as the 2014 Boys' Tennis Coach of the Year for the state of Virginia. Last season Nelligan guided the Hilltoppers to their second-straight state championship.
