R. S. Payne second grade teacher Kim Beuerle received the Evelyn Bickham Outstanding Undergraduate Alumni Award.
Ms. Beuerle received her notification letter from Lynchburg College in April. The faculty of the School of Education and Human Development unanimously chose Kim for this distinguished award. She was recognized with this award at the Schewell Hall on May 13th during LC’s Teacher Induction Ceremony.
Each year the faculty of the School of Education and Human Development chooses an alumnus who “exemplifies the outstanding characteristics of Dr. Evelyn Bickham,” according to a letter sent to Ms. Beuerle informing her of the award.
