As the first magnet school established in Lynchburg, T. C. Miller has focused on technology. The school has One-to-One devices in first through five grades where every child has a device for their use all day. Kindergarten shares a cart of devices. Every classroom has an interactive TV to enhance learning and many have digital presenters.

Our science lab has 3D printers. The art room has an interactive TV and a color scanner. Our media center uses the electronic card catalogue, Destiny.

Our school has its own LAN, as well as being networked by fiber optic cable to the Wide Area Network. All devices in our school have internet or wifi connections. Students are also taught how to operate state-of-the art sound and lighting equipment in our auditorium. A stage crew of students often manage this machinery in our school's numerous productions.
