Each year, the Lynchburg City Schools Education Foundation, Inc. partners with the Lynchburg City Schools to host a Senior Honors Recognition Dinner. The purpose of the dinner is to honor the top fifteen seniors from each of our high schools for their superior academic accomplishments. Administrators from our high schools attend this event along with school board members. In addition, each honored senior can invite his/her parents as well as a teacher from his/her K-12 educational experience who has had a lasting impact on the student’s life. Students are recognized individually and receive a certificate honoring their success.

The 2012 Senior Honors Recognition Dinner was held on May 16, 2012 at 6:00 p.m..
