Café Prepay is the most convenient, easy, and secure way for parents to manage their children’s school meal accounts. The on-line address is:

When you log-on, please follow the on screen instructions for a New User. You will need to know your child’s Student ID number which is also his/her PIN number. If your child does not know this number, you may obtain the number from the school office or the School Nutrition Office. (If your child is an elementary student and does not know this PIN number, please help him/her learn it)

Once you have added your child as a new user and created an account, you will be able to view his/her account balance, add money to the account via credit card and also obtain a 30 day history (Participation Report) of your child’s cafeteria activity.

After the account is set up, you will go to My Account and click on the option of your choice in the column on the left hand side of the page. This feature will provide you with a quick check on your child’s account balance as well as making payments and other online options.

You may choose to make an online payment at any time, 24/ 7. You will see on screen that payments can be made for any amount between $10.00 and $75.00. There is an internet fee of $2.50 per transaction which will show up in the checkout cart prior to processing your payment. 

NOTE: On school days, you will not be able to access your child’s Participation Report between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., due to high traffic on the server during lunch time. Also, after payment has been made, you may not see it reflected on the account balance until the following day.
