What is Adult/Community Education?

Established in the 1980’s, the Adult/Community Education Program is a tuition-based technology and trades program. Classes are open to the general public 18 years of age or older. Occupational skill development and enhancement/enrichment courses include Introduction to Computers, Intermediate Computer Applications, Building Trades, Conservative Investing, Auto Body repair, and ESL (English as a Second Language) program. Classes are conducted in the evenings at Lynchburg City Schools facilities.
