Accidents and Injuries - Regulation R7-55

Generally
In the case of an accident or occurrence which results in a student injury in school, on school grounds or during an official school function at another location, the teacher or supervisor in charge of the activity should immediately seek appropriate medical attention for the student. The principal and parent or guardian should be notified of the incident as soon as possible. A copy of the "Accident Report Form" should be forwarded to the director of business services by the principal with a copy also filed in the school office for each accident or occurrence which results in injury to a student.
