If you miss one of the opportunities for parent-administration conversation (Principal’s Coffee or Principal’s Parent Advisory Council) a summary of the meeting will soon follow in your email box.

Coordinate Volunteers

Volunteer Opportunities are publicized via email of links to SignUpGenius for specific events.

Julie Salmon schedules Copy Room  and Counseling Office Volunteers--same eddress.

Staff Appreciation Projects

We coordinate “Stock the Break Room” initiatives and host additional staff appreciation events throughout the year.

What you can do:

PTO is always seeking donations of the following items for our ongoing staff appreciation projects:

  1. coffee pods for Keurig machine, tea, and powdered hot chocolate
  2. sugar, sugar substitutes, creamer, and stirrers
  3. individually packaged snacks such as granola bars, pretzels, etc…
  4. hand sanitizer, liquid hand soap, hand lotion, and soft toilet paper
  5. spent ink cartridges-we recycle for StaplesRewards $$ for the purchase of coffee supplies

Donations can be left in the office anytime all year long.

In the “Give Me 5” initiative two of the superintendent's key points ask that every parent give 5 hours or more of volunteer service to their child’s school and give $5 or more to the school’s PTO.

The PTO does not conduct fundraisers; however, monetary donations can made during registration, can be left in the PTO mailbox, or can be made using MySchoolBucks. Volunteer opportunities will be publicized as they come up, and we hope each of you will find an opportunity to help at ECG.

Take advantage of every opportunity to learn about what’s going on at school or to share your thoughts by attending the Principal’s Coffees and keeping your contact information up to date in Infinite Campus.
