Upon completion of the 2016-2017 school year, eight students graduated (two in December and six in June).  Of the eight that graduated, two immediately began their college journeys upon graduation.  During the spring of 2017, an EA Warrior became dually enrolled at CVCC.  He was accepted into the welding program and is taking classes at CVCC while completing his core classes here, at the Empowerment Academy.

Several of our students have had the opportunity to visit CVCC, as well as have CVCC staff visit us at EA to see explore traditional and nontraditional career paths opportunities.  They also had the opportunity to experience “Reality Check”, a program that helps them see if they are ready for life in the real world.
