Partners in Education made Educator for a Day a big hit this year as a number of partners joined in classroom instruction as a part of American Education Week in November.

Business professionals from Areva, Babcock and Wilcox, Center for Advanced Engineering and Research, Lynchburg Symphony Orchestra, and Wells Fargo spent a day teaching in various classrooms of all different subjects and grade levels.

They provided advice, asked and answered questions, and gave very relevant presentations. Students were engaged and had the opportunity to ask some excellent questions.
