It is necessary for student accounting purposes that the school division be consistent in determining who is in a full time special education program. Therefore, the following criteria for determining a full time student with a disability has been established:
1. If a student spends at least one-half of his school day in a special education program, he will be considered full time.
2. If a student spends less than one-half of his school day in a special education program, he will be considered part-time and be assigned to a regular grade level.
