Applebee’s of Candler’s Mountain Road has teamed up with HHS and Ferguson Enterprise to offer a pancake breakfast on Saturday, March 13th from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. The cost is $5.00 per person and tickets may be purchased at Applebee’s the day of the breakfast. Breakfast will include a pancake plate with sausage and a choice of drink. All proceeds from the breakfast will go to support HHS Hooligans 4 Hope and Ferguson Enterprise’s Relay for Life teams.
The Choral Department is sponsoring a dinner fundraiser on Saturday, March 20 at 5:00 PM in the cafeteria. The price of the tickets for this event are $11.00. Dinner is an all-you-can-eat buffet and will include 2 meats, 3 vegetables, rolls, dessert, and beverage. Entertainment will be provided by the choral students. See Mrs. Elliott or one of the choral students to purchase your ticket. Tickets will be on sale through Friday, March 12.
Congratulations to the HHS Boys’ Indoor Track Team! They came in second in the Seminole District Championship on Saturday, February 13 and won the Region III Championship on Saturday, February 20. Dequan Reeves was named Outstanding Male Athlete of the Year for the district and coach Theodore McIvor was named Seminole District Coach of the Year.
Congratulations to the HHS Girls’ Indoor Track Team who placed second in the Seminole District Championship!
Top runners from both the boys’ and girls’ indoor track teams will complete February 26 and 27 at the State AA meet to be held at Liberty University.
