September was “Chalk for Peace” Month. TCM participated by drawing our visions of peace on Friday, September 25.
Twenty-four TCM students adventured across Virginia in our 2009 Summer "Surf-n-Turf" STEM Academy.
Artist Dana Burford, known locally for his murals at several area restaurants, painted the mural in the entrance hall to our school. The vibrantly-colored scene depicts a fantasy land of children participating in all facets of our curriculum. As one student so aptly wrote, "it inspires me, and I hope it will inspire you too."
