Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), is a work-life benefit for employees and their household members. Services with All Points are confidential and provided at no charge to you or your household member. More than just counseling, EAP services include assessment, work-life resources and referral services, wellness coaching, legal and financial consultations, and short-term counseling. No information concerning participation in the program will become part of your employee's personnel file.

EAP services are free and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Enrollment is automatic and no paperwork needs to be filled out. For additional information view the ALL Points EAP Brochure. 

  • EAP provides services in confidential counseling in areas such as stress, anxiety, and depression, relationship/marital conflicts, problems with children, job pressures, grief and loss, and substance abuse.
  • EAP provides financial information and resources in areas such as getting out of debt, credit card or loan problems, tax questions, estate planning, and saving for college.
  • EAP provides legal support and resources in areas such as divorce and family law, debt bankruptcy, landlord/tenant issues, real estate transactions, civil and criminal actions, and contracts.
  • EAP provides work-life solutions in areas such as child and elder care, moving and relocation, making major purchases, college planning, pet care, and home repair.
Who is Eligible to Enroll?

All employees and their immediate family members are eligible to participant in the EAP.
