Seeking Volunteers to Water the BHS Garden - From Kris Lloyd

We are looking for families or individuals (such as teenagers who need service hours) to choose one week during the summer to water the BHS Garden in the courtyard. No experience needed! A great way to learn to garden. The garden needs water at least three times a week. Some plants are watered more often than others. If it rains, it counts. A perk is that you get to harvest that week - summer veggies and flowers such as zinnias. Detailed instructions will be emailed a few days before your week begins or I can meet you over there for some training. This effort will keep all the seeds planted in the spring growing and ready for harvest in the fall when the students return. Thanks for your help, we could not do it without volunteers!
