Tech After Dark at E. C. Glass High School will end on May 13, 2021. However, you can continue to receive technology support during school hours or by completing the Student Tech Assistance Form.
Also, our LCS HelpDesk is available at (434) 515-5090 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to reach someone, please be sure to leave a detailed message with a good time to call you back so that we can be sure to connect with you.
Our technology support team can assist you with accessing your Infinite Campus parent or student portal, account issues and other questions about software like IXL, Seesaw and Google Classroom.
We understand that families may still need after-hours support, so we will continue to work with you on an individual basis for situations that cannot be resolved during the times noted above. Our technology support team will assist you over the phone, and, if necessary, make arrangements to meet with you to service devices as needed.
There will be separate tech support for students participating in summer programs.
