Community members working in groups in large room

At St. John’s Episcopal Church, Lynchburg City Schools held their Community Conversations on November 22, 2021. The topic discussed was academic success. Deputy Superintendent Amy Pugh provided community members with data on the academic performance of LCS students. Community members participated in small focus groups and provided excellent feedback on ways to help improve academics. Community Conversations will continue to take place throughout the school year, focusing on different topics. Our following Community Conversation will be held Monday, January 24 at 6:00 p.m. at Jefferson Park at 405 York St. We hope to see you there.
