Does your child want to participate in school sports? Make sure they have an updated sports physical on file! Physicals are required to participate in any athletic activity, including out-of-season conditioning, games, and practices.

In Virginia, student sports physicals used to expire on June 30 of every year, but due to recent policy changes, they now expire 14 months from the date of the healthcare provider’s signature. You can check your child’s physical expiration date using your RankOne parent portal. Click here to access your account

Newly completed physicals must be completed using the Virginia High School League physical form and can be uploaded to RankOne. You can find the VHSL physical form here. Be sure to complete all required athletic and emergency information forms in RankOne.
