The Lynchburg City School board has altered their meeting schedule over the next two months. The following dates will be important to update in your daybooks:
March 24, 2011 (4:00 p.m.) – A special session will be held in the board room of the School Administration Building. The topic of discussion for the meeting will be the budget. There will be no public comment during this session. Note: meeting scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m.
April 12, 2011 (5:30 p.m.) – The school board will hold its only meeting of the month on this day. The meeting will take place in the School Administration Building. There will be no meetings on April 5th or April 19th (the regularly appointed days for school board meetings).
On March 15 at 5:30 p.m. the School Board will hold a public hearing on the 2011-2012 Operating Budget. The regularly scheduled school board meeting will be held directly following the hearing.
