German students of all levels from Heritage High School, E. C. Glass High School, and Paul Laurence Dunbar Middle School for Innovation competed in a German essay contest in March, and the winners were announced in May during a German awards ceremony and reception at E.C. Glass. Also, several LCS students were winners in the Holocaust Education Foundation of Central Virginia’s Holocaust Awareness contest. They were recognized at a separate reception at E. C. Glass.
