Ciara Moore, a third-grade student at R. S. Payne Elementary School, was honored in May at Lynchburg College as one of eight state level award winners in the "Color the Economics Concept" for Economics Education. Ciara will have her poster displayed on the economics calendars that are distributed throughout Virginia. This is the second time RSP has had a top award winner as a part of Lynchburg College's Economics Education.
