After excelling at the regional and state levels, 10 E. C. Glass and Heritage high school Career and Technical Education (CTE) students will compete in national conferences this summer. The Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), and SkillsUSA conferences provide students with opportunities to sharpen industry-specific skills, develop leadership and teamwork capabilities, and make professional connections.

LCS CTE programs prepare secondary students for a wide range of high-wage, high-skill, high-demand careers. CTE students have opportunities to explore options for postsecondary employment and education, graduating with a wide range of marketable skills.
