The Lynchburg City Schools (LCS) Education Foundation will host our 14th annual Breakfast with the Superintendent on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.   This year's program  will include introductory remarks by Dr. Crystal M. Edwards, Superintendent of Lynchburg City Schools, and will be followed by a special presentation. Karen Nelson, a 32 year LCS veteran and Perrymont Elementary School Principal, will serve as master of ceremonies for 'I am Lynchburg' where we will showcase some lesser known but outstanding LCS programs that ensure an exceptional education for all students in the Lynchburg City Schools.

The Education Foundation sponsors programs and activities designed to provide additional resources for teachers, recognize student accomplishments, and strengthen our schools. Proceeds from the breakfast are used to fund ongoing programs and projects such as Classroom Innovation Grants, the Tools4Schools Warehouse, an annual Senior Honors Reception, and student scholarships.

If you would like to host a table or attend our 2020 Breakfast with the Superintendent, please complete and submit the Breakfast Registration Form.
