We have some highlights to share with you from our Tuesday, December 14, 2021 Lynchburg City School Board Work Session.
The Lynchburg City School Board has approved the superintendent’s recommendation to hire Lakrisha Scott as the new Director of Human Resources and Manée Davis as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Find more information about Mrs. Scott and Mrs. Davis by clicking here.
Superintendent Dr. Edwards provided an overview of some of the priorities for the 2022-23 budget.

The Lynchburg City Schools Winter Break will take place December 20 through 31, 2021. The next School Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 11th, at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the School Administration Building, and the next School Board Work Session is scheduled for Tuesday, January 25th at 5:00 p.m.
